Iron changed Africa in many ways. One of those ways is that it gave Africa weapons. They used Iron as the main source to make weapons. They had alot of Iron. They recieved iron from trade. I think they traded iron from another state. They also used this iron as money. With the weapons made from iron, they used it to defend theirselves from rival countries or their biggest enemy Muslim. Another thing is that Africa had a very powerful army because of iron. Iron was used for trade too. In my history book it said that they traded iron for gold.

I think the Desert has the most hardships. The Desert has a lot of hardships. One of those hardships is that the Desert has hardly any water. It has no water at all. Another hardship is that it is really hot in the Desert. I read in my history book that it is over 100 degrees. Not many people live in the Desert because of these two hardships or conditions. Another thing is that there is no grass to feed animals that graze. I would not want to live in the Desert. I would not survive in the Desert.

The desert is also colder at night than in the day so if you should get lost in the desert you should probaly save your energy during the day and travel at night. My dad used to watch a show on Animal Planet that would tell the stories of families who survived in the desert when they got lost but they did not have an easy time of surviving.

9/11 was one of the most terrible days for the United States of America. In New York terrorist took down the Twin Towers. Many people in the building lost their lives. The police, firefighters, and ambulances were  trying to help the people there. This affected us in many ways. Thankfully my family was in Oklahoma when this event occurred. My mom and dad got married a year before this. I do not know much about 9/11.

9/11 was a terrible day for many Americans because it separated  many families. A few families lost loved ones and our military had to go over to Afganastan and fight the people who done this. It took many years for us to get the one responsible for this attack but in the end we won but at what cost.

If I could pick another role in the simulation, I would pick to be a barbarien. I would pick barbarien because it sounds like a lot of fun. I was not able to be in the simulation much because my mom got me out of school early. I had to go to the doctor for a my physical or something like that.

I would pick barbarien becose it sounds awesome. My mom also wanted me to be a barbarien when I told her about it. The barbarien was not the best role but I still wanted to be a barbarien. When my teacher, Miss Kanzler, was giving us our roles I got barbarien.

I would not join my uncle because I don't like the idea either. I do not want to travel on camal for many days because I am lazy when it comes to traveling. Another reason I would not join him is that it would be bad if something  happens. What if we get robbed. Another reason is because I rather be with family than travel for many days on a camel.

Something else is that my uncle is not a very good person to travel with due to the fact that when he gets bored he is grouchy and would leave the group to fend for themselves. My uncle is not a good person to want to travel with just because of how he is.

However something that would be interesting to me if I traveled with my uncle would be getting to see the different places and lands. I think this is something I would like to do but not with my uncle.

Muhammad was the founder of Islam. He started that religion too. Muhammad convinced people into believing in one god. At first the people of Arabia did not listen to Muhammad. The rulers of Arabia even tried to kill him and threaten him. They even made Muhammad leave Arabia for a while. After a while they let him back in and listened to him. Muhammad had many people of Arabia follow him.
Many people believed god sent Muhammad messages because one day he meditaded in a cave and an angel appeared. This changed Muhammad's life forever. The people of Arabia believe he got these messages for the rest of his life. Muhammad was a good man who brought a new religion to the people of Arabia.

I think the hardest Pillar of Islam is the donation. I think it is the hardest Pillar because what if the family needs the money themselves. Sometimes families barely have enough money to support themselves and then when they need to make a yearly or weekly donation that find this to be a struggle. I believe a church should consider this when they ask their congregation to make a donation. In the times today many families are struggling to feed their own families and so it will be hard for them to make their donations.

The second Pillar that I find to be hard would be the fasting. The reason I find this one to be hard is because I like to eat. I don't think I could give up a week without food. My Uncle Bob's wife Itzel does this for one week at her church. I don't know how she does it but she does and I feel sorry for her.

Trade was one of the biggest factors that helped Islam spread in population and culture. When Islam traded with other civilizations, those people traded Islam goods with other people and this continued. Trading made Islam populate more. Islam also traded inventions with other people too. Trade also gave Islam spread around the world. Also when Islam traded, Islams culture and beliefs spread too.
Another reason Islam spread so fast was because of war. Muslims battled and won almost every fight. They took the land of anyone who tried to battle them.
