Math blogs have helped me a lot. They helped me remember some math. For example I had a math blog about decimals and fractions. I look at my own blogs to help me study for review tests. Another blog about negative numbers helped me remember how to do add and subtract negatives. In a way math blogs help me prepare for tests. Another way math blogs help me is to remember stuff. Math blogs help me remember old math that I don't do anymore in classes.  I really need these math blogs for help. I have learned a  lot in pre-algebra. Next year I will be in Algebra. I am really scared because I think that class will be tough. 
    I did know that the math standards will be changing. When I first heard about it, I didn't really know how to react. I am used to the regular tests and not the new one's. I heard that the new tests are going to be similar to these blogs. I will have to write like this in math. I am not ready for a change. 

    The Hardest math for me to learn this year was negative numbers. The reason why it was hard for to learn is because of how they are used in other math. Although it was difficult for me I overcame it. Later I discovered how negative numbers will help me in the future. One way negative numbers will help me in the future is it will help me with money. Negative numbers will help me determine if I owe money or not. For example if I owed somebody I would be -10. If I had money I would be +10. This is how negative numbers will help me in the future. 
   In the sixth grade negative  numbers were very easy. In the sixth grade I was asked problems like this: -9+3. These problems were easy and I would know the almost instantly. Now I get asked problems with negative numbers in inequalities.
